Northshore Diesel is a specialised diesel fuel pump and injector repair centre located at Woy Woy on the NSW Central Coast.

Michael; our marine engineer – has acquired a wealth of hands-on experience with diesel fuel systems since 1967.

Our repair facility is capable of competently carrying out all facets of diesel fuel system checks and repairs and carries a wide range of replacement parts in stock.

We also have specialised repair equipment available for bench testing injectors and pumps for leaks, correct operating pressures and pump output under all operating conditions. This will ensure that the job is done properly the first time: providing optimum performance, good fuel consumption and maximum reliability.

All work is carried out at our Woy Woy location: we do not sub-let any repairs and provide a full one-stop diesel fuel system repair service.

If you are undertaking some major engine repairs it would be advisable to have the injectors and pump checked at the same time to increase reliability and reduce the chances of unscheduled stoppages and unproductive down-time.

An engine that has been running too lean or over-fuelling can eventually lead to expensive repairs and breakdowns out at sea.

Where possible we provide a pickup and delivery service to the Sydney Northern Beaches, Upper and Lower Northshore areas of Sydney, the Central Coast and the Newcastle - Hunter region.
